Western culture values quick recovery from emotional upheaval, urging us to "move on" and ignore messy feelings. This causes emotional clutter. We'll explore ways to process and release emotions, calming the nervous system.
Spiritual Clutter
Spiritual clutter arises from outdated beliefs or conflicting quests for personal truth. We’ll uncover the core truth beyond dogma and old programming allowing you to thrive and experience divinity in your unique way.
Physical Clutter
All along the way, we will thoughtfully clear away the PHYSICAL clutter through a carefully curated and intentional process designed to systematically sort, purge, and organize the contents of your living spaces. This comprehensive approach ensures that by the end of this transformative 6-week journey, you will feel genuinely renewed and empowered to elevate your overall standard of living with clarity and calm.

Tuesday, October 7th
Tackling the Mental Clutter
Dealing with distractions can be quite challenging in today’s digital world. Is your phone, tablet, or computer becoming a constant menace to your mind, pulling your focus away from what truly matters? We will highlight the time paradox—where technology that promises to save us time often ends up consuming much more of it than we realize. I will show you how to reclaim it.

Getting in our Feelings
Naming, claiming, and actively reframing. Thoughtfully processing and skillfully elevating your emotional body. I will show you techniques to metabolize your emotions in new ways to help you blast through paralysis.

Meet Your Coach
For over 20 years, I have been dedicated to fighting clutter in all its various forms, supporting individuals, families, and companies to release the excess stuff taking up space in their physical environments as a professional organizer. About five years into this work, I realized that the root causes often extended far beyond just physical clutter. This insight inspired me to pursue a broad range of trainings and certifications, transforming me into not only an organizer but also a life coach and spiritual counselor. In addition to these, I have received training in several mindfulness practices, personal wellness + fitness, grief counseling, and metaphysics.
Everything I teach in this program is grounded in methods I have personally practiced and benefited from, and I have continually used these approaches to guide others toward lasting, meaningful change. Whether it involves creating practical systems to accommodate a family member with special needs or mobility challenges or navigating the complexities of living with housemates who are less invested in maintaining the home, I bring experience and empathy to every situation.
Allow me to be your champion in this journey, and you will discover the freedom and relief that come with letting go of all the STUFF that has been weighing you down for so long.

We kickoff on Sunday, October 5th at 12pm pacific time. Lessons begin on Tuesday, October 7th at 5pm pacific time. Our first workday will be Sunday, October 12th at 8am pacific time. This rhythm continues until Tuesday, November 11th.
ALL sessions are 90 minutes long.

Private coaching packages include three bi-weekly sessions that are 90-minutes long. You will also have access to me via WhatsApp or Voxer. I can give suggestions of products to suit your specific needs.

Absolutely! The registration is per household, as well as the 1-1 coaching. I can support all WILLING stakeholders in elevating your standard of living.

Yes, I will take this on a case by case basis. It will require half up front and the rest by the 3rd week of the program. A 3% processing fee applies. There are NO REFUNDS for this offering.
